Anger can be a frustrating and difficult emotion to struggle with. It can be explosive. We feel we are out of control. Often people don’t want to feel this way but they feel powerless to stop or change that anger.
We want to help bring that control back to you. We believe that anger should be regulated and expressed. We want to help you understand your anger better. To channel it in different ways.
Anybody can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.
There are often misconceptions about anger. Were you told that anger was bad? Were you afraid of someone’s anger or rage? Were you told to stop being angry? When you are told this, unconsciously your anger begins to become suppressed. Anytime your anger is suppressed it has the possibility to be more explosive. This is often when people seek out help. As you start to better understand your anger, anger doesn’t seem to be as difficult of a problem anymore. We want to help you achieve this.
