Ashley believes that healing is less about fixing and more about understanding ourselves and building on the strengths we already have. She sees therapy as a supportive space to deepen self-awareness, explore challenges with curiosity, and foster growth through self-compassion.
Life can feel messy and overwhelming at times, which is why Ashley brings a light-hearted yet compassionate presence to her work. She helps clients gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life—while ensuring they feel seen, supported, and understood.
As a relational therapist, Ashley is passionate about supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. She takes a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, working collaboratively to get to the root of concerns and explore them with empathy and openness. Her goal is to help clients feel unstuck while creating meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, Ashley integrates frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, shame, trauma, interpersonal challenges, grief, and low self-worth, and helps them cultivate resilience, strengthen connections, and build confidence.
Ashley holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and is registered as a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. To ease the first step into therapy, Ashley offers a free 20-minute consultation to answer questions and help clients feel supported from the beginning.
