Ashley believes that healing is less about fixing and more about deepening our self-awareness so we can move forward with clarity and intention.
Life can feel messy and overwhelming at times, which is why Ashley brings a light-hearted yet compassionate presence to her work. She helps clients shift unhelpful patterns in order to live from a place of authenticity.
As a relational therapist, Ashley is passionate about supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. She works collaboratively to get to the root of concerns and explore them with empathy and curiosity. Her goal for all her clients is to create meaningful and lasting change while helping them feel more grounded and empowered in their daily lives.
Ashley draws from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma-focused therapy that helps clients safely process distressing memories and support deeper nervous-system healing.
She holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and is registered as a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. To ease the first step into therapy, Ashley offers a free 20-minute consultation to answer questions and help clients feel supported from the beginning.
