Duryab is a therapist who is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported—no matter where they are on their journey.

She works with individuals, couples, families, and children, and believes that healing looks different for everyone. Her goal is to meet you where you are, and to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore your challenges together—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, ADHD, OCD, or addiction.

Her approach to therapy is integrative, which means she draws from a range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Attachment Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. This allows her to tailor our work to what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.

What truly matters to her is building a strong, trusting relationship with each client. She believes that real change happens when you feel safe to be yourself—free from judgment, and supported with compassion and care. Whether you’re working through something recent or carrying the weight of past experiences, she is here to help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about empowering you with tools, insights, and resilience so you can move forward in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. As she continues to grow in my own journey as a therapist, she remains deeply committed to providing care that’s not only effective, but human.
