Natalie is a trauma-informed counsellor who is deeply committed to helping clients engage in meaningful, transformative work. She supports individuals in understanding how trauma, attachment experiences, and relational patterns shape their sense of self, and guides them toward greater integration, self-compassion, and clarity of core values.
Her approach is grounded in a holistic biopsychosocial framework. Natalie thoughtfully explores the interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, nervous system responses, and the broader social and cultural contexts that influence well-being. She integrates psychodynamic insight with contemporary trauma-informed practices to help clients move beyond symptom management and toward deeper reconfiguration and growth.
Natalie has advanced training in complex trauma and works with a diverse range of clients navigating relational difficulties, emotional dysregulation, identity concerns, and life transitions. She draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Ego-State Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), while maintaining a strong humanistic foundation rooted in client advocacy.
Relational safety and trust are central to Natalie’s work. She believes that a secure therapeutic alliance is the foundation for meaningful change. Clients often experience her as attuned, compassionate, and thoughtfully direct. Therapy with Natalie is collaborative and empowering — she supports clients in strengthening boundaries, attuning to their relational needs, building self-esteem, and integrating sustainable self-compassion into daily life.
Natalie is passionate about helping clients move toward lives that feel aligned, grounded, and authentic.
