Tracy approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s inner world. She collaborates with clients to create a compassionate and grounded space where meaningful insight, healing, and personal growth can take root.
Tracy is a trauma-informed therapist who works primarily within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. She also draws on attachment theory and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, identity development, complex trauma, and major life transitions.
She works with adults and couples—including those in non-traditional relationship structures—using the Gottman Method to support emotional safety, communication, and intimacy. In her work with children, she incorporates Sandtray and play-based therapy to help young clients express emotions and process experiences in creative, developmentally appropriate ways.
Tracy is committed to fostering an inclusive, affirming environment for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals and brings a culturally responsive lens informed by her years living and practicing abroad.
She holds a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University and is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
