Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or part. Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit the number of sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?

Direct Billing

We direct bill with Blue Cross and are adding more insurance companies to our direct billing list.

Tax Deductible

Psychologists’ fees are tax deductible and can be submitted with your income taxes.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), cash, and email money transfers.

Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure the efficient scheduling of our sessions and to accommodate the needs of all our clients. To provide the best possible service, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but late cancellations can result in a loss of valuable time that could have been allocated to another client in need. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session, we have a policy to charge half of the session fee. Within 24 hours’ notice, we charge the full fee.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy. It enables us to maintain the quality of service and ensures fairness to all our clients.
